Custom pattern design, created uniquely for your brand.
A library of ready-to-use patterns, available with an exclusive licence.
Custom Pattern Service – Licence Terms
When commissioning a custom pattern, the Licensee receives a Permanent Exclusive Commercial Licence:
Permanent Exclusivity: The pattern is created uniquely for the Licensee’s brand and will never be licensed to another client.
Unlimited Usage: The Licensee may use the design across all products, categories, and markets worldwide, with no time limit.
Copyright: The Licensed Artwork remains the sole property of the Licensor. The Licensor retains the right to display the design in their portfolio, social media, website, and marketing.
Restrictions: The Licensed Artwork may not be resold, sublicensed, or transferred to third parties.
Refunds: Due to the custom nature of this service, all sales are final.
Pattern Library – Exclusive Licence Terms
All exclusive licences grant the Licensee the right to use one pattern exclusively worldwide, within the specified product category (e.g., Fashion & Apparel, Home & Interior, Stationery & Paper Goods, Lifestyle & Everyday Products, Children & Baby, Branding & Packaging) for a period of three (3) years, from the date of purchase. After the licence term, the Licensee has the option to request renewal for an additional fee.
PROHIBITED USES AND LIMITATIONS:
1. Permitted Usage: The purchaser is permitted to use the Licensed Artwork only for the creation of physical products within the approved category, including but not limited to textiles, wallpaper, stationery, phone or laptop cases, or packaging. Use of the Licensed Artwork for any digital or intangible product (such as websites, social media graphics, online advertisements) is strictly prohibited.
2. License Duration:
The exclusive licence is valid for three (3) years worldwide from the date of purchase.
After expiry, the purchaser must stop using the Licensed Artwork unless a renewal is purchased.
The Licensee has the first option to request renewal. Renewal fees are discussed at the time of renewal.
3. Distribution and Social Media: Sharing, posting, or making the Licensed Artwork publicly available in a way that allows others to download, screenshot, extract, or redistribute it as a standalone file is strictly prohibited. This includes posting the artwork without watermarks on social media, websites, or advertisements.
4. Print On-Demand Services: Any use that allows others to customize a digital or physical end product using the Licensed Artwork is strictly prohibited, whether for commercial or personal use. This includes "print on demand" or "made to order" services, as well as applications and websites such as Zazzle, Redbubble, Society6, Spoonflower, and similar platforms.
5. Trademark: The Licensed Artwork may not be used as part of a trademark. The purchaser is not allowed to register, protect, or enforce any trademark or similar rights in the Licensed Artwork. This mean The Licensed Artwork cannot be used for brand identity, logos, or any other trademark purposes.
6. Copyright: The Licensed Artwork remains the sole property of the Licensor. The purchaser may not claim the design (or any modifications) as their own copyrighted work. The Licensor reserves the right to:
Display the Licensed Artwork in their portfolio, social media, website, and marketing materials.
Licence the Licensed Artwork in categories not covered by the exclusivity.
7. Wholesalers and Intermediaries Prohibited: The purchaser may not use the Licensed Artwork for wholesale textiles or raw materials intended for resale to third parties. The licence allows direct use only for final products created by the Licensee.
8. Falsely Representing Authorship/Ownership: Falsely representing authorship or ownership of the Licensed Artwork is strictly prohibited
9. Refunds: Due to the nature of digital downloads, all sales are final. Refunds will not be provided.
10. Changes to Terms: The Licensor reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Updates will apply to future licences, not to those already purchased.

BY PURCHASING A LICENSE, YOU AUTOMATICALLY AGREE TO ADHERE TO THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE.
Failure to comply may result in termination of the license and legal action by the seller.
